Happy Holidays! I can't believe it's December 1st already -- where has the year gone? Anyways, today I thought it would be fun to share my current daily makeup routine. I like my everyday makeup to look as natural as possible, while still covering my acne scars and hyper-pigmentation. So, if you're interested in finding out what products I use, pop the kettle on, get comfy and give this blog post the once over. love, Lisha x Glossier's Priming Moisturiser - If you read my Glossier Product-by-Product review (click here if you haven’t) you will know that I fell in love with this moisturiser as soon as I tried it on. It is light, buildable, soothes my skin and minimises my pores. I massage a generous amount of the cream onto my face using upward and outward strokes, after cleansing and toning my skin.
Estée Lauder's Double Wear - This is an oil-free, semi-matte, full-coverage foundation that is as "natural looking" as a full-coverage foundation could be -- perfect for oily/combo skin types and those looking to conceal acne scars and hyper-pigmentation. At £32.50 it's worth selling your family for. Recently I have been mixing Double Wear and Glossier's Perfecting Skin Tint for a full coverage, dewy finish. I use the Real Techniques' Expert Face Brush and the Real Techniques' Miracle Complexion Sponge for a perfectly buffed, airbrushed finish. Glossier's Stretch Concealer - It conceals spots, acne scars and hyper-pigmentation. It is the Beeswax and Microcrystalline Wax that gives this product the elastic consistency which allows it to look natural and not cakey. I use my fingertips to gently pat the product onto my skin, dabbing outward to blend. It's super buildable, so I can use more product in the areas I need extra coverage. Glossier's Wowder - I use this product to set my makeup. It cuts shine and blurs the appearance of my pores, without looking cakey. It has a sheer, glowy finish. I dip the Real Techniques' Expert Face Brush onto the mesh and lightly tap off the excess. I press, rather than buff, Wowder into the skin to avoid disturbing my makeup. Glossier's Boy Brow - As I said in my Glossier Product-by-Product review, my brows had not been living their best life until I purchased Boy Brow. On days where I am going for a super natural look, I apply in short, upward stroked to groom my unruly brows into place. Max Factor's False Lash Effect Mascara - I curl my lashes with a warm eyelash curler before applying my mascara to my top and bottom lashes. I'm impressed by how much it creates a false lash vibe without the fuss. Glossier's Balm Dotcom - I swipe the Birthday Balm Dotcom onto my lips for long-lasting hydration -- especially important during the winter months! Glossier's Generation G - A swipe of this product gives you that effortless, blotted colour that only an afternoon drinking coffee with a friend or a few hours on the dance floor could emulate. I use shade Leo for a barely-there wash of colour. *This is not a sponsored post -- all my opinions are my own.

Now how are you going to “makeup” all that time I’ve spent waiting for you to do it...
